廣州大東門百年當鋪將變身城市“小博物館”

廣州大東門百年舊當鋪將規劃成為城市“小博物館”。記者昨日（29日）從大東門文物管理方、越秀區文化局獲悉，修繕完畢之後的百年舊當鋪將總體按照文物風格，定位成城市“小博物館”，專門用於高雅文化、藝術品及古董古玩的展示、展覽、展銷；或者藝術長廊及藝術家工作室；茶文化展銷；酒文化展銷等，不得用於傳統的商業運營，並確保常年向廣大市民免費開放。
　　“好比城市小型博物館，市民可以在裏面免費參觀各類高雅文化藝術品”，越秀區文化局副局長董幟強介紹說，如果參觀者有購買需求亦可以進行部分藝術品交易，但前提是保證市民免費參觀。
　　目前，已有多家不同性質的公司參與競標，其中有多個競標者兼有古董愛好者身份。按照規定，使用方不得隨意改變該建築的內外結構，功能使用需要維修、加固、裝修或局部改造，而建築物的日常管理和維護由使用方負責，越秀區文化行政部門將監督確保其“博物館”功能。
　　大東門舊當鋪位於中山四路、越秀中路十字路口上，是一座碉堡形狀的古青磚樓，建築面積約400平方米，為五層混合結構，建於清代，于1999年被定為廣州市級文物。
　　2004年，舊當鋪因樓體破舊、白蟻侵蝕，住戶全部搬離。2006年，大東門舊當鋪所在區域、越秀區投資約180萬元為這座經歷百年風雨洗禮的古建築“強身健骨”，包括補強、加固、修繕，完全按照修建時期的樣貌修舊如舊，修繕工程于去年完成。
