A strategic planning center for volunteers will be established in Guangzhou. This center aims at planning a series of activities concerning volunteers during the 16th Asian Games. Also, it will plan voluntary service projects and organize various voluntary service activities based on the citizens’ demands, traditional festivals and the development of Guangzhou’s voluntary service. Meanwhile, the center would provide training on planning for backbones of volunteers from departments of the volunteers association

The strategic planning center of volunteers would recruit one chief strategic advisory, one chief planner, one chief project planner, three strategic advisories, two senior planners and ten senior project planners.
